Delivery Options
Threshold Delivery - Front Door
- Our delivery team will place your packaged furniture at your front door, driveway, or garage area. Delivery is by appointment and includes real-time tracking, available 7 days a week, with customer support. Two-person teams are available for inside delivery upon request.
White Glove Delivery - Setup Included
- White glove service includes full assembly and removal of packaging debris. However, it does not cover the moving, removal, or disposal of old furniture. Please ensure the room is empty prior to delivery.
- Delivery personnel will not install handles, knobs, or shelves.
Delivery Appointments
- Delivery appointments are scheduled between 10 AM and 5 PM. On the morning of the delivery, a 3-hour time slot will be provided. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and exact times cannot be guaranteed.
- A signature from the customer is required as proof of delivery.
- If access to your property is limited or deemed unsafe, our delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse delivery. Should this happen, please contact us at info@glarashop.ca.
- Customers must be present and ensure accurate shipping information is provided. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for rescheduling.
Inspection and Reporting of Damages
- Our team will inspect the cartons for damage prior to delivery. If any damage is found, it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip.
- Upon receiving the delivery, customers should fully inspect their items. Any damage or defects must be reported to info@glarashop.ca within 48 hours of receiving the items, along with photos of the affected products.
Delivery Service Areas
- We offer both threshold and white glove delivery services to most areas within British Columbia. For provinces outside BC, including Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec, we currently offer only threshold delivery.
- In-stock items being delivered outside British Columbia typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping from our warehouse. Please note that white glove and threshold plus services may not be available in all regions across Canada.
Restricted Delivery Areas
- Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote locations outside of main cities and towns. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you via phone or email to inform you of any extra delivery fees based on the distance to the nearest major city, town, or shipping terminal.
Warranty
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty:
- All new residential furniture from Glara Home is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase only.
- Warranty service will be provided by Glara Home on behalf of the manufacturer.
Exclusions:
- Clearance items, floor model products are not included under the one-year warranty.
- The warranty does not cover furniture used for commercial purposes, such as rental properties, offices, restaurants, or hotels.
Extended Protection:
- For additional peace of mind, Glara Home offers an optional Zucora 5-Year Furniture Protection Plan. This plan extends coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty to help protect against accidental damage and other issues.
