1-Rugs and Carpets
Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days from date of delivery or picking up customers will be responsible for paying shipping fees only, there is no hassles or any restocking fees.
To process any exchange the rug must be returned in its brand new, unused condition: stain-free, odor-free and not exposed to any pets. All items are inspected thoroughly upon return. If conditions stated are not met, the EXCHANGE will NOT be processed.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label (customers are responsible for shipping fees), and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
No Return policy is eligible for furniture .We deliver our furniture to customer's house and the customer should inspect it. Customer will sign that they accept it as is without any damage as we don't have a return or refund policy.
In case of any damage occurred to the furniture on delivery . The company will replace it with a new one if a replacement is available in stock will replace within 15 days. If not in stock will keep damage one with customer until replacing it by order which is taking about 55 days.
Customer is responsible for accessing the furniture inside his home's entrance door. If the furniture size is bigger the door, Customer will pay for shipping and returning shipping and restocking fees which would be in total 20 % of the amount.
Customer is able to deal with delivery company to arrange entering furniture through balconies under his/her responsibility.
Glara is arranging and making all deliveries through a third-party delivery company.
Glara company is not responsible for any damage that happened inside customer houses or on customers' items .
Glara Home facilitates to their customers to provide a great service and price of delivery.
In case any problem happens with the delivery company , the customer can contact and complain against the delivery company directly through the delivery company contacts.
3 -Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
