Return and exchange policy
1-Rugs and carpets
All items are not eligible for refund, only store credit or exchange. All items must be exchanged within 7 business days of purchase, in original condition with receipt. All items will become final sale 7 business days after original purchase.
To process any exchange or store credit the rug must be returned in its brand new, unused condition: stain-free, odour-free and not exposed to any pets. All items are inspected thoroughly upon return. If conditions stated are not met, the exchanged will NOT be processed.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@glarashop.ca If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (customers are responsible for shipping fees), and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
2- Furniture.
We deliver our furniture to customer's house and the customer should inspect it. Customer will sign that they accept it as is without any damage as we don't have a return or refund policy.
In case of any damage occurred to the furniture on delivery . The company will replace it with a new one if a replacement is available in stock . If not we will make a special order from the factory to replace it.
The company won't provide a warranty while we recommend an insurance for the furniture if the customer want to buy it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
