Return and exchange policy
1-Rugs and carpets
Items are eligible for return within 48 hours from date of delivery or picking up- customers will be responsible for paying shipping fees only, there is no hassles or any restocking fees.
To process any exchange or return or store credit the rug must be returned in its brand new, unused condition: stain-free, odor-free and not exposed to any pets. All items are inspected thoroughly upon return.
To start an return, you can contact us at info@glarashop.ca If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (customers are responsible for shipping fees), and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
2- Furniture.
No Return policy is eligible for furniture .We deliver our furniture to customer's house and the customer should inspect it. Customer will sign that they accept it as is without any damage as we don't have a return or refund policy.
In case of any damage occurred to the furniture on delivery . The company will replace it with a new one if a replacement is available in stock . If not we will make a special order from the factory to replace it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
